Security Services for the Lake Festival in France

The City of Annecy is seeking suppliers to provide security services for the Lake Festival. This includes guarding, surveillance, and screening services. The procurement process follows the adapted procedure as per Article R. 2123-1 3° of the Public Procurement Code. The contract will be a single-award framework agreement, allowing the public buyer to issue purchase orders as needed, in accordance with Articles R2162-13 and 14 of the Public Procurement Code. After reviewing the bids, the contracting authority may negotiate with the top candidates based on the selection criteria. Negotiations can be conducted through various means (phone, email, or in-person meetings) and must result in a written offer from the candidate. However, the contracting authority may also award the contract based on the initial bids without negotiation.
