Medical Supplies and Devices Procurement

This contract involves a framework agreement for the supply of medical supplies and devices, divided into 90 lots according to the specifications outlined in the tender documents. Suppliers have a minimum of 20 days to request clarifications before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will provide clear and complete responses to clarification requests or additional information on the 11th day before the submission deadline. Any clarification requests sent after this date will be considered late and will not receive a response. All clarification requests must be submitted through the SEAP platform (www.e-licitatie.ro).
