Waste Transport Services in Poland

This contract involves the collection, transportation, and processing of waste coded 19 12 12, which includes mixed substances and items from mechanical waste processing. The waste will be prepared for collection in loose form. The contractor will collect a maximum of 1450 Mg and a minimum of 1430 Mg of waste during the contract period. The waste will be generated from manual and automatic sorting of over 80 mm fractions from unsorted municipal waste (code 20 03 01) and packaging waste (group 15). The waste will contain materials such as paper, plastics, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, glass, wood, organic waste, and textiles. Collection will occur Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with quantities specified by the buyer via email or phone to the contractor's representative. The waste will be stored outdoors without a roof. The quantities for collection will be reported at least one day in advance, with a minimum daily amount of approximately 40 Mg and a maximum of 200 Mg. The buyer reserves the right to agree on different collection times with the contractor. Waste will be collected from the premises of the "Regionalny Zakład Zagospodarowania Odpadów" Sp. z o.o. at ul. Staroprzygodzka 121, 63 - 400 Ostrów Wielkopolski. The buyer requires a trailer with a moving floor capacity of approximately 90-100 m3 for loading. The buyer will handle the loading of the waste. Weighing of the collected waste will take place on the buyer's certified scale located at their facility. The quantity of waste collected will be confirmed in the BDO system using Waste Transfer Cards and weight slips, which will serve as the sole basis for determining the amount of waste collected between the buyer and the contractor.
