Security Services for the City of Prague

This procurement process aims to establish a framework agreement between the contracting authority and a selected supplier for the provision of security services for various properties located primarily in the city of Prague, and in some cases outside of it. The security services will cover a wide range of property types, including: a) temporary accommodation facilities, b) residential spaces in apartment buildings, c) large non-residential properties with various uses, including publicly accessible sites and restricted access sites (access granted only to authorized individuals), d) security for open areas, construction sites, transportation security, and other similar security needs as required by the contracting authority. The security services will include: - provision of guarding and reception services, - unarmed security personnel, - security services with dog handlers, - patrol services, - connection of selected properties to a central monitoring station, - remote monitoring and surveillance of properties from a control center, including installation, operation, and maintenance of relevant systems, - operation of installed security technologies, including communication with the monitoring center and central protection desk. The main responsibilities of the security personnel will include ensuring compliance with the access and entry regulations set by the contracting authority, managing reception duties, protecting property from theft, vandalism, destruction, fire, and other risks. In case of external threats or electrical malfunctions, they will perform necessary actions to prevent potential damage, such as disconnecting or basic adjustments to electrical installations, basic firefighting, and securing actions. A detailed description of the required services and their parameters is provided in Appendix 1 of the procurement documentation (Specification of Required Services) and in the draft framework agreement, which is Appendix 2 of the procurement documentation. The contracting authority will request services based on the concluded framework agreement continuously throughout its duration, through orders (individual contracts).
