Urban Waste Collection Services in Lyon

This framework agreement is for the collection and management of bulky household waste and hazardous household waste located in the common areas of residences managed by Lyon Métropole Habitat. The management of these wastes includes treatment, recovery, sorting by streams, and traceability. This is a mixed framework agreement with no minimum and a maximum of 15,000,000 euros (excluding VAT), awarded through a negotiated procedure. The contract is for a duration of 12 months, renewable three times automatically for 12-month periods, totaling a maximum of 48 months. The execution of services is divided into three geographical sectors: - Sector 1: Agencies of Carré de soie and Porte des Alpes, estimated order value: 1,400,000 euros over 4 years (350,000 euros per year). - Sector 2: Agencies of Val de Saône and Lyon, estimated order value: 1,500,000 euros over 4 years (375,000 euros per year). - Sector 3: Agencies of Givors, Porte du Sud, and Porte de l'Ouest, estimated order value: 2,100,000 euros over 4 years (525,000 euros per year).
