Relocation Services for GIZ in Eschborn

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) is seeking relocation services for its employees as it transitions to a new building at its Eschborn location. Currently, GIZ operates from six buildings housing approximately 3,200 employees. The new building, expected to be ready by September 1, 2025, will have around 28,100 square meters of usable space, accommodating about 960 workstations, large conference areas, and a cafeteria across five office floors plus the ground floor. Some new furniture will be provided, but most of the existing furniture from buildings 1 and 3, as well as from storage, will need to be moved. By December 31, 2025, GIZ plans to vacate building 3, which has a usable area of approximately 25,900 square meters and currently houses around 690 workstations. The relocation services will involve distributing these workstations among the remaining buildings at the Eschborn site.
