Supply of Vehicle Parts and Accessories

This contract involves the supply of vehicle and engine parts, including filters, tires, and wheels, divided into specific categories. Suppliers can submit bids for all or selected parts of the contract. Partial bids are allowed, but each bid must include all items within the chosen category. Incomplete bids will be rejected. Detailed specifications, including quality parameters and functional features, are provided in attachments 5a and 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e, 3f of the contract documents. The delivered goods must meet the minimum quality requirements outlined in the 'Description of the Subject of the Order.' If a brand, manufacturer, or proprietary name is mentioned in the documents, it is considered a sample product. Suppliers may offer equivalent products that meet or exceed the technical specifications of the items listed in the order description (attachment 5a for parts 1-30, and price form attachments 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e, 3f for parts 31-35). The conditions and methods for fulfilling the contract are also specified in attachment 4 of the contract documents.
