Czech Republic – Architectural, Construction, Technical and Inspection Services – Gymnasium Uhříněves – Project Documentation

The subject of the public contract "Gymnasium Uhříněves – Project Documentation" is the preparation of project documentation (including architectural study) for the new construction of a gymnasium school on plot no. 1900/6 in the cadastral area of Uhříněves, connection to transport infrastructure and engineering networks, documentation for the purpose of discussion with network administrators and relevant state administration authorities, documentation for obtaining construction permit in accordance with the Building Act, preparation of preliminary budget, processing of detailed design documentation, and preparation of a list of construction works, supplies, and services with a measurement report (in both priced and unpriced form) divided into construction sections including conditional constructions for partial occupancy of construction sections capable of independent use, and performance of author's supervision and oversight during construction and cooperation after the completion of the building and its commissioning. The performance also includes engineering services as part of the preparation of project documentation.
