Nymburk Hospital is seeking suppliers for the provision of disk arrays, servers, backup solutions including software and access licenses, as well as related installation, implementation work, training, and support. The detailed technical specifications are available in a confidential document (Appendix 1) that is not publicly accessible due to sensitive information. Suppliers must take appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality of the information in this appendix, in accordance with legal requirements. To access Appendix 1, suppliers must submit an electronic request and sign a confidentiality declaration (Appendix 2). The hospital will provide Appendix 1 within three working days of receiving the signed confidentiality declaration. The declaration must be signed by an authorized representative, and if applicable, a power of attorney must also be included.
