Recruitment Services for Flexible Hiring

This contract opportunity involves a contractor (Broker) providing and making available hiring professionals to the client through their network of third parties, without creating an employment contract between the client and the hiring professional. This includes sourcing and delivering hiring professionals, including broker services for the contracting authority. The scope of the contract focuses on positions and tasks primarily related to hiring professionals in salary scale 9 and above, although positions below scale 9 are also included. Additionally, it involves the hiring of ICT professionals in smaller volumes for requests that have not been filled in accordance with the current framework agreement for 'Hiring ICT personnel.' The framework agreement for hiring ICT professionals will be tendered separately in 2025. In 2024, there were a total of 57 new requests for BIJ12 and 32 requests for IPO. An overview of the hired positions is included in Appendix 9 to provide insight into the hiring needs of recent years. The expectation is that the number of requests through the new Broker will increase in the coming years due to organizational changes within the IPO Association. The client anticipates an average of 150 new requests per year.
