Demolition and Site Preparation for New School in Taufkirchen, Germany

The project involves the demolition of a school building with approximately 17,400 cubic meters of enclosed space, constructed in solid materials. The building reaches a height of about 12 meters above ground and includes a basement. The work includes hazardous material remediation, specifically addressing bonded and non-bonded asbestos according to TRGS 519 standards, covering approximately 2,500 square meters of facade, 2,150 square meters of flat roofs with asbestos-containing sealing layers, asbestos in flooring, and asbestos-containing exterior wall plaster. Additionally, the project requires the remediation of PCB joints and KMF insulation, as well as scaffolding construction for the remediation work, covering around 3,000 square meters of facade area. The demolition also includes external facilities with a total area of about 2,000 square meters.
