Renovation of Administrative Building in Germany

NEW AG is renovating the former administrative building located at Voltastr. 2 / Alsstraße 126 into a public office building. The project involves five floors, from the basement to the third floor. Renovations will take place on all levels. In the basement, minor modifications will be made in technical rooms, and the existing elevator shaft will be demolished and rebuilt. On the ground floor, existing restrooms will be demolished and newly constructed, along with a new reception area and staircase. The first floor will see the demolition of old office spaces to create an open-plan office, as well as new restroom and technical rooms. The second floor will feature new individual office spaces, and existing ceiling openings in the hallway will be closed. The third floor will mainly involve the renovation of existing individual office spaces.
