Construction of a Senior Care Home in Litomyšl

The public procurement contract involves construction work for a new senior care home in the city of Litomyšl. The facility will be a three-story building with two upper residential floors, a ground floor, and a flat roof. The ground floor, which is smaller than the building's footprint, will include an entrance hall (foyer) with a reception area, a meditation room, administrative offices, a kitchen, a laundry room, waste management facilities, storage areas, and a rental unit, such as medical offices. The outdoor areas will be divided into private and public spaces. The private area will feature a closed garden connected to the second floor on the south side. The public areas will include squares, green spaces, and transportation zones for both parking and movement. The project also includes a separate building for waste and garden equipment storage, as well as landscaping work.
