Supply of Disinfectants for Romanian Prisons

The contracting authority, Dej Hospital Prison, is seeking to establish framework agreements for the supply of disinfectants necessary for the facility and its 8 affiliated penitentiaries. This is to ensure adequate disinfectant supplies for both incarcerated individuals and staff over a period of 24 months. The authority will conclude the open bidding process by entering into framework agreements with a single bidder. Subsequent contracts will be awarded quarterly or as needed, depending on the approved budget. Minimum and maximum quantities for subsequent contracts are detailed in Annex 2 of the specifications. Suppliers have 15 days to request clarifications before the bid submission deadline, as per Article 160 of Law 98/2016. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests clearly and completely 10 days before the bid submission deadline, in accordance with Article 161 of Law 98/2016.
