Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services Framework Agreement

Seezeit Studierendenwerk Bodensee AöR is responsible for the economic, social, and cultural support of students in the Bodensee region. One of our central tasks is to provide daily meals for students in our cafeterias and dining halls, fulfilling a public service obligation with reliability and high quality. A uniform, hygienic, and functional workwear is essential for the smooth operation of daily activities. We operate 11 catering facilities at 6 locations and currently employ about 150 staff members. This tender is for supplying our catering staff with workwear through a full-service rental system. The existing laundry stock must be taken over (purchased) and made available to the client for rental use. At the end of the rental period or in case of significant damage, the acquired items must be replaced with comparable new items. The services requested include taking over the existing laundry stock, possibly replacing it with new items, and providing, cleaning, maintaining, delivering, and collecting the clothing, as well as equipping with a suitable cabinet system for the distribution of the laundry.
