Technical Design Services for Road Rehabilitation

The procurement involves acquiring design services for the rehabilitation of County Road DJ 203, specifically from km 44+000 to km 70+000. The project aims to enhance the road to meet technical class IV standards, which includes increasing load capacity, ensuring a proper driving surface, implementing a stormwater drainage system (ditches, channels, etc.), rehabilitating bridges and culverts, and meeting safety requirements (road markings, traffic signals, protective barriers, etc.). The design services will be carried out in three stages: 1. Preparation of project documentation, including design themes, urban planning certificates, necessary studies (traffic, geotechnical, topographic), technical expertise, and intervention documentation with cost-benefit analysis. 2. Technical documentation for obtaining all necessary approvals and authorizations, including construction execution authorization and work organization authorization, along with detailed technical projects and specifications. 3. Providing technical assistance throughout the procurement process for the execution contract, during the construction phase, and until the final acceptance of the completed works. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 10 days before the bid submission deadline. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests within 6 days before the submission deadline, in accordance with Article 161, paragraph (2) of Law no. 98/2016.
