Construction of Outdoor Facilities for Schönefeld II Gymnasium

This contract opportunity involves the construction of outdoor facilities for the new Schönefeld II Gymnasium, including a sports hall. The project encompasses approximately 8,000 square meters of paved areas (using concrete and grass pavers) and around 4,000 square meters of school sports areas, which will feature artificial turf, a multifunctional EPDM field, a 100-meter running track, a beach volleyball court, and a long jump pit. Additional work includes the installation of fencing with three electric sliding gates, various construction elements such as L-shaped retaining walls, stair and seating structures, bicycle shelters, waste enclosures, drainage systems, and lighting (including pole-mounted lights and floodlights). The project also requires general furnishings and installations like bicycle racks, benches, bollards, and waste collectors, as well as sports and play installations including a parkour area, table tennis tables, soccer goals, basketball hoops, and a beach volleyball setup. Finally, approximately 3,800 square meters of planting and lawn areas will be included, along with maintenance after completion.
