Supply of New D-Segment Passenger Cars

This contract involves the delivery of 2 brand new D-segment passenger cars as specified in Annex 3 of the Terms of Reference (SWZ). Detailed requirements for the vehicles are outlined in Annex 3, titled 'Technical Specifications for D-Segment Passenger Cars.' Whenever the SWZ or its annexes refer to a 'car' or 'vehicle' without further specification, it pertains to the cars mentioned in the first paragraph. The contractor is required to provide a warranty for the offered vehicle for a minimum of 24 months with no mileage limit, or a minimum of 24 months with a limit of 100,000 km for mechanical, electrical, and electronic components. Additionally, a minimum 24-month warranty is required for the paint finish and for the perforation of body elements, starting from the date the vehicle is accepted by the contracting authority.
