Insurance Services for the Institute of Mother and Child

This contract involves providing insurance services for property, electronic equipment, vehicle insurance, mandatory liability insurance for healthcare providers, voluntary liability insurance for healthcare providers, voluntary liability insurance related to business activities and owned property, as well as mandatory liability insurance for entities conducting medical experiments at the Institute of Mother and Child. The contracting authority states that, as a data administrator and in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018 (GDPR), it has implemented security measures appropriate to the identified risks and ensuring the proper protection of personal data transmitted during the procedure. A detailed information clause under Article 13 of the GDPR is included in the SWZ.
