Fuel Supply Contract for Giurgiu County

This contract involves establishing a framework agreement for the supply of automotive diesel fuel through value vouchers for Giurgiu County. The agreement will be in effect from October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2027. Contracts will be awarded in phases as follows: - For 2023: Minimum 11,304 liters and maximum 15,300 liters from October 1 to December 31. - For 2024: Minimum 11,304 liters and maximum 15,300 liters from January 1 to March 31; Minimum 33,912 liters and maximum 45,900 liters from April 1 to December 31. - For 2025: Minimum 11,304 liters and maximum 15,300 liters from January 1 to March 31; Minimum 33,912 liters and maximum 45,900 liters from April 1 to December 31. - For 2026: Minimum 11,304 liters and maximum 15,300 liters from January 1 to March 31; Minimum 33,912 liters and maximum 45,900 liters from April 1 to December 31. - For 2027: Minimum 3,768 liters and maximum 5,100 liters from January 1 to January 31; Minimum 33,912 liters and maximum 45,900 liters from January 1 to September 30. The frequency of deliveries may change based on needs that arise during the contract period. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers, provided that requests are submitted within 18 days before the deadline.
