Laboratory Reagents Supply for Polish Mining Group

This contract involves the supply of laboratory reagents and chemicals for the Polish Mining Group S.A. The procurement is divided into tasks, with specific types and quantities detailed in the Offer Form (Annex 2). A comprehensive description of the procurement subject, along with legal requirements and technical specifications, is provided in Annex 1. The estimated quantity is based on the buyer's careful assessment, but the buyer does not guarantee full order fulfillment due to the nature of the business. Suppliers must submit evidence with their offers to confirm compliance with the buyer's requirements. Variant offers are not allowed. The buyer reserves the right to adjust the quantities ordered within specific categories, ensuring the total value does not exceed the contract amount. For tasks 1-14, offers must cover the entire scope of the task. For task 15, partial offers are allowed for specific items listed in Annex 2, with a total of 57 items available. One supplier may submit offers for one or more tasks. The procurement process is conducted as an unrestricted tender under the Public Procurement Law of September 11, 2019. The proceedings are conducted in Polish.
