Translation and Clarification of Procurement Contract

1. The contract is for providing oral and written translation services for the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland, including management and staff. The contract is divided into two parts: Part 1 – oral translations in language groups: Group A – English, French, German, Russian; Group B – other European languages; Group C – non-European languages. Part 2 – written translations covering political, social, economic, international, and legal issues in language groups: Group A – English, French, German, Russian; Group B – other European languages; Group C – non-European languages. 2. The details of the contract and the conditions for its execution are described in the Draft Contract Terms (referred to as "PPU"), separate for each part, which are annexes 1a and 1b to the SWZ, and in the Description of the Subject of the Order (referred to as "OPZ"), common for both parts, which is annex 2 to the SWZ. The required execution time for the contract is 12 months from the date of signing the contract or until the allocated budget for the execution of the contract is exhausted, whichever comes first.
