Germany – Pharmaceutical Agreements

This contract opportunity involves establishing non-exclusive discount agreements for finished pharmaceuticals with various active ingredients or combinations of active ingredients under an 'Open-House Model' as per § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V. Suppliers can join or sign contracts at any time under the same conditions, and individual contract negotiations will not be conducted. The earliest contract start date is July 1, 2025, with a maximum contract duration of 24 months, ending on June 30, 2027, regardless of the contract start date. If AOK Hessen conducts a tender for exclusive contracts during the contract period, the agreements made under this publication will be terminated according to the contractual regulations.
