Romania – Sludge Treatment Station – MM-CL-01 Design and Execution

This contract involves the design and execution of improvements to the sludge treatment process at the Baia Mare wastewater treatment plant. Key components of the project include: - Installation of a sludge drying facility at the Baia Mare wastewater treatment plant; - Construction of a reception station for vacuumed sludge, including two containers with a tipping capacity of 1.1 cubic meters; - A covered platform of approximately 400 square meters for storing dewatered sludge from wastewater treatment plants before it is processed in the drying facility; - Purchase of trucks for transporting dewatered sludge, including two containers (20 cubic meters each) from existing wastewater treatment stations in Baia Mare, with a capacity of 20 tons each. This information is indicative. The technical project for the sludge drying facility will be developed by the contractor and will also include the layout and vertical organization of the site. The estimated value of this contract is 1,141,680.40 lei, excluding miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses. The provisional amounts will be detailed in the price lists accompanying the fixed, non-modifiable financial proposal provided by the contracting entity. Interested economic operators can request clarifications up to 19 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications as follows: - 25 days before the deadline for submitting offers for requests submitted 34 days before the deadline; - 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers for requests submitted 19 days before the deadline.
