Construction of a Local Activity Center in Mszczonów

The project involves the construction of a new building for a Local Activity Center, which will include three above-ground floors and one underground floor, covering approximately 2393 square meters. The work includes site preparation, demolition of an old building, and site utilities installation. The purpose of the building is to serve as a day care center for seniors and individuals with disabilities, a rehabilitation point for health protection programs, a base for non-governmental organizations, a social therapy center for children and youth, and a venue for community engagement activities and training. Note: The contract does not include the supply and installation of audio-video equipment as specified in the project documentation; however, the contractor will be responsible for the cabling and connections outlined in the project documentation and the bill of quantities for AV. A detailed description of the contract is provided in the documentation attached as Annex 10 to the SWZ.
