Environmental Monitoring for Energy Projects in Hungary

This contract involves three main parts: 1. The creation of geospatial databases to assist in land use, green spaces, climate vulnerability, and energy modeling of buildings in the project area, utilizing high-resolution aerial imagery, satellite data, and LiDAR point clouds. Key deliverables include land cover maps, land use maps, tree maps, urban heat island effect maps, 3D building models, and solar energy potential maps. Detailed technical specifications are provided in the documentation. 2. A feasibility study for modeling the energy transition of the building stock, including energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions assessments for 14 buildings, identification of non-investment energy savings opportunities, and development of measures to achieve an 80% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions. Detailed technical specifications are provided in the documentation. 3. Energy certification for 50 selected residential properties in Miskolc, including energy audits and detailed recommendations.
