Romania – Construction Supervision Services for the Improvement of Safety Conditions at Leșu Reservoir, Bihor County

This public procurement contract involves the provision of construction supervision services for the project aimed at improving the safety conditions of the Leșu Reservoir in Bihor County. Suppliers are required to adhere to the specifications outlined in the terms of reference and comply with current legislation and community regulations. Detailed activities and the timeline for the contract execution are specified in the terms of reference. The contract's finalization is subject to a suspensive clause, meaning that the award of the contract is contingent upon the allocation of budgetary credits for this purpose. The contracting authority will only finalize the contract with the winning bidder if the necessary funds are allocated. If budgetary commitments are not allocated within six months from the approval of the procedure report or the resolution of any complaints, the procurement procedure will be automatically canceled unless alternative funding sources are available. Suppliers understand that the contracting authority is not liable for any damages resulting from the cancellation of the procurement procedure. Suppliers accept the special conditions of the suspensive clause and assume full responsibility for any potential damages. Clarification requests can be submitted up to 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the submission deadline. Responses will only be provided to requests submitted by economic operators by the established deadline. Clarification requests must be submitted in an editable format.
