The project involves the construction of a new fire station in Notzingen to accommodate vehicles, equipment, and personnel, as well as facilities for training and education for the local volunteer fire department. The design includes 4 vehicle parking spaces and 1 reserve space, along with a washing area. The building is planned to be two stories high, with the ground floor classified as an above-ground level due to ceiling heights exceeding 1.40 meters. The building is categorized as Class 3 based on the floor height and the number and size of usage units. Due to its special use and increased traffic risk from the vehicle hall, it is classified as a special building. The ground floor will be constructed with solid materials, while the western walls will be made of wood. The upper floor is also planned to be wooden construction. The roofs will consist of three staggered shed roofs. The total gross floor area is approximately 1,664 square meters, and the total gross volume is about 8,508 cubic meters.
