Residential Property Reconfiguration, Refurbishment and Extension Works - Grimsby

North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking contractors to undertake comprehensive internal and external works at a two-storey residential property located in Park Ward, Grimsby. The property is situated in a highly residential area. The scope of works includes: strip out of existing elements, drainage installation and repairs, roofing repairs, internal repairs (including new stud walls and flooring), electrical works, domestic plumbing, mechanical systems installation, and replacement of windows and doors. Contractors should have experience in residential refurbishment projects and be able to work in occupied or sensitive residential environments. All work must comply with current building regulations and health and safety standards.
