Electricity and Natural Gas Supply Framework Agreement

This contract is for the comprehensive supply of electricity and natural gas to delivery points owned or managed by Durance Luberon Verdon Agglomeration (DLVAGGLO). It includes current and future sites as specified in Article 10 of the special conditions document. The contract provides access to public distribution networks (Enedis and GDRF) for DLVAGGLO's delivery points within the scope of this framework agreement, under a single contract. Additionally, it includes a balancing responsibility service as part of the electricity and natural gas supply price, in accordance with Article L.321-15 of the Energy Code. Associated services related to the supply of electricity and natural gas are also included.
