Construction and Repair Works for Building No. 5a at the National Military University "Vasil Levski"

This procedure is conducted according to Article 104, paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP) with an 'inverted order' of review, meaning that the evaluation of technical and price proposals will occur before the preliminary selection. The contract is announced under the conditions of Article 114 of the ZOP (public procurement 'conditional'), as funding was not secured at the time of the procedure's initiation.
