Recruitment Marketing Services for Tampere University

Tampere University is seeking suppliers to provide recruitment marketing services aimed at reaching potential candidates for open job positions within Finland. The services will include enhancing the visibility of job advertisements through various publication channels, conducting recruitment marketing campaigns, and producing content for recruitment and employer branding communications. The university is looking for partners to complement its own channels and campaigns by marketing job postings and creating content that strengthens its employer brand, including career stories and highlighting the university's internal activities and attractions for different target groups. The framework agreement consists of two areas: 1. Recruitment visibility and marketing campaigns 2. Content production for employer branding communications. Tampere University will select 1-3 suppliers for each area for a contract period of four years, starting on April 14, 2025.
