Canteen Equipment Procurement Framework Agreement

This framework agreement aims to provide a streamlined process for acquiring cost-effective institutional kitchen equipment for all canteens managed by operators under contract with the Norwegian Ministries Security and Service Organisation (DSS). It also includes maintenance services for both existing and new kitchen equipment. Additional entities associated with the joint ministries, such as the Office of the Prime Minister (SMK) and the Attorney General, may also utilize this agreement. The framework is valid for two years, with options to extend for an additional one year at a time, up to a total of four years. The estimated value of the procurement is approximately NOK 5-7 million, excluding VAT, over the four-year period. This estimate is based on historical data and future projections, but it is not a binding commitment for the Contracting Authority. The authority reserves the right, but is not obligated, to purchase goods and services under this agreement, and there is no guaranteed volume of procurement during the contract period.
