Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Services for Emergency Inspectorate

This contract involves the maintenance and repair of 81 emergency vehicles operated by the Maramureș County Emergency Inspectorate. The services are divided into 18 lots, each focusing on different vehicle brands, including MERCEDES BENZ, VOLKSWAGEN, DACIA, NISSAN, IVECO, MAN, RENAULT, AB, STEYR, VOLVO, ROMAN, and OPEL. Each lot will have a separate framework agreement to better meet the needs of the contracting authority and the capabilities of suppliers. Repairs and maintenance will only be procured through subsequent contracts, signed by legal representatives of both parties, and within the allocated budget for the fiscal year. If the allocated funds are below the estimated thresholds after the framework agreement is awarded, the contracting authority is not obligated to execute services at the maximum value presented in the specifications. The framework agreement includes estimated quantities that the contracting authority expects to purchase during its duration, with fixed quantities to be established at the time of signing subsequent contracts. All services and products must meet the minimum technical specifications outlined in the tender documents. Suppliers have 18 days to request clarifications before the submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the submission deadline.
