Practical Support Services for Community Organisations and Social Enterprises 2026-2030

Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) is seeking suppliers to deliver practical, hands-on support services to community organisations and social enterprises that lack capacity or specific skills to progress opportunities. This is not advisory support but rather direct assistance with implementation and capability building. Services must complement existing support ecosystems and avoid duplicating services available through other HIE frameworks (such as Board Healthcheck and Skills Training) or public sector organisations (such as Business Gateway and Just Enterprise). Services are expected to commence in November 2026 for an initial 3-year period, with a potential extension of up to 1 additional year. The initial 3-year budget is between GBP 400,000 and GBP 450,000 (excluding VAT), with an estimated total framework value of GBP 600,000 including any extension.
