Property Valuation, Land Acquisition and CPO Advisory Services for Drogheda Port Development

Drogheda Port Company is seeking a service provider to establish a single-party framework agreement for advisory services supporting the Drogheda Port Masterplan Vision 2050. The port is planning strategic expansion of activities to the east of the town, which will enable regeneration of the town centre docklands for alternative uses. The successful provider will deliver specialized expertise in three key areas: property valuation, landbank acquisition strategy, and Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) advisory services. This framework agreement will support the port's long-term growth and urban development objectives. Suppliers should have demonstrable experience in port development, property valuations, land acquisition transactions, and CPO proceedings.
