Review of Programme Management and Control Capabilities

Nuclear Restoration Services (NRS) is seeking a structured review of its current Programme Management and Control capabilities. This review aims to support the next phase of the Project Management Office (PMO) development in line with a revised target operating model. The selected supplier will identify capability gaps, engage with stakeholders to align on priorities, and provide recommendations for creating a high-performing, outcome-focused delivery environment. Additionally, the review will assist PMO leads and experts in designing tailored, flexible solutions that facilitate informed decision-making and align with NRS's strategic goal of becoming a programmatic organization.
