The Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine Phase 2 (PFRU-2) is a multi-year program funded by multiple donors and managed by the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. PFRU-2 is looking for an organization to provide expert legal, financial, and management advisory services to assist in the design, planning, and implementation of reforms for cultural institutions. Key details for suppliers: - Proposals must be submitted by December 19, 2025, at 15:00 Kyiv time. - All questions regarding the tender must be submitted by December 05, 2025, at 17:00 Kyiv time. - Price proposals can be submitted in either Ukrainian or English. - All communications regarding the tender must be in writing via email at pfruprocurement@chemonics.com. - The PFRU-2 project is exempt from taxes, fees, and VAT in the partner country, meaning payments will be made excluding VAT. - When submitting proposals or inquiries, include the tender number PFRU2-2025-215 in the email subject line.
