Cadent is looking for solutions that automate administrative tasks, provide integrated appointment booking and diary management, deliver built-in reporting and analytics with minimal manual intervention, ensure secure role-based access to confidential records with full audit trails, and support compliance with UK GDPR and security requirements. Suppliers should describe their capabilities and approach to reduce administrative burden, improve workflow visibility, enhance data quality and compliance, and provide scalable support for current and future occupational health service requirements.
