This tender seeks an experienced service provider to deliver comprehensive IT infrastructure support and Network Operations Centre (NOC) services. The successful supplier will augment the client's internal IT team by providing third line support for complex incidents, escalations, and specialist technical advice. Key requirements include: establishing and maintaining a dedicated NOC function with proactive monitoring, alerting, and patch management for the server infrastructure; defining and meeting contractually guaranteed response times for alerts and incident notifications; providing visibility and transparency into monitoring and management tools; supporting both current and legacy technology systems; delivering named account management with regular service reviews; and offering flexible capacity for additional resource allocation during short-term projects, system migrations, and advisory engagements.
