Hotel Services for Regional Seminars in Germany

This open procurement process aims to establish framework agreements with venues across Germany for hotel services related to prevention seminars organized by the BG Verkehr. Due to the nationwide responsibility of the contracting authority, the services will be divided into 17 lots based on regions. Each lot will be announced sequentially. The venues for lots 1-13 and 15-16 should be located within the catchment areas of the respective regional departments and their branches. Lots 17 and 18 require centrally located venues that are easily accessible for seminar participants traveling from across the country. Note: Lot 14 does not exist. Specifically: Lot 1: In the Hamburg regional department area, a framework agreement with 2 contractors is planned for approximately 11 seminars annually in the postal code area 18055 to 18182. Lot 2: In the Hamburg regional department area, a framework agreement with 3 contractors is planned for approximately 22 seminars annually in the postal code area 20, 22, 235 to 238, 241 to 246. Lot 3: In the Hannover regional department area, a framework agreement with 3 contractors is planned for approximately 22 seminars annually in the postal code area 29, 210 to 215. Lot 4: In the Hannover regional department area, a framework agreement with 2 contractors is planned for approximately 14 seminars annually in the postal code area 28, 30, 31, 272 to 494. Lot 5: In the Berlin regional department area, a framework agreement with 3 contractors is planned for approximately 25 seminars annually in the postal code area 10, 11, 12, 13, and 16. Lot 6: In the Dresden regional department area, a framework agreement with 2 contractors is planned for approximately 13 seminars annually in the postal code area 010 to 016, 04, 06. Lot 7: In the Dresden regional department area, a framework agreement with 2 contractors is planned for approximately 20 seminars annually in the postal code area 07 and 08. Lot 8: In the Wuppertal regional department area, a framework agreement with 3 contractors is planned for approximately 32 seminars annually in the postal code area 42, 51, 570 to 574 and 58. Lot 9: In the Wuppertal regional department area, a framework agreement with 2 contractors is planned for approximately 27 seminars annually in the postal code area 40, 44, 45. Lot 10: In the Wiesbaden regional department area, a framework agreement with 2 contractors is planned for approximately 8 seminars annually in the postal code area 55, 67, 651 to 656. Lot 11: In the Wiesbaden regional department area, a framework agreement with 2 contractors is planned for approximately 15 seminars annually in the postal code area 60, 61, 630 to 636, 657 to 659. Lot 12: In the Munich regional department area, a framework agreement with 3 contractors is planned for approximately 19 seminars annually in the postal code area 90 to 92. Lot 13: In the Munich regional department area, a framework agreement with 2 contractors is planned for approximately 18 seminars annually in the postal code area 80 to 86. Lot 14: Not applicable. Lot 15: In the Tübingen regional department area, a framework agreement with 2 contractors is planned for approximately 15 seminars annually in the postal code area 720 to 722, 75 to 77. Lot 16: In the Tübingen regional department area, a framework agreement with 2 contractors is planned for approximately 16 seminars annually in the postal code area 723 to 728, 89. Lot 17: In the centrally located postal code areas 341 to 343, 370 to 372, a framework agreement with 3 contractors is planned for approximately 27 seminars annually. Lot 18: In the centrally located postal code areas 360 to 362, a framework agreement with 4 contractors is planned for approximately 50 seminars annually.
