Procurement of Pickled Vegetables and Preserves

This contract opportunity involves the procurement of pickled vegetables, compotes, and jams. The framework agreement will be established for a period of 24 months and may include up to three qualified suppliers, ranked by their offered prices, provided that at least three suppliers meet the required conditions. If fewer than three suppliers qualify, the agreement will be concluded with all qualified suppliers. Detailed information regarding the products, including unit measures, maximum and minimum quantities, and conditions for quantity adjustments, can be found in the annexes of the specifications and the framework proposal. The contracting authority reserves the right to increase the maximum quantities of the framework agreement by up to 20%, as specified in the proposal. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 18 days before the submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the submission deadline. All clarification requests must be submitted through the SEAP platform (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
