The selected supplier will be responsible for the comprehensive preparation and management of tendering and procurement procedures according to the buyer's needs. This includes drafting the terms of reference and the contract template, which are essential for initiating the procurement process. The contract will be executed based on a framework agreement with at least one and up to five suppliers, selected based on the evaluation of their bids. The administration of individual public contracts will depend on the buyer's current needs and will be carried out according to the framework agreement and specific orders without reopening the competition among the framework agreement participants.
