Service Package for Automation System Maintenance

This contract opportunity involves the procurement of a service package for the maintenance and support of the automation system and servers provided by Imagine Communications. The contract is for a duration of 12 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional 36 months. Detailed specifications of the services required are outlined in Attachment 1 of the draft contract terms, referred to as the 'OPZ'. The conditions and execution methods for the contract are included in the draft contract terms, which are Attachment 2 to the SWZ, referred to as the 'Contract Template'. The OPZ and the equipment list in Attachment 2 are considered trade secrets of the contracting authority under the Act on Combating Unfair Competition. Suppliers must submit a request for access to this confidential information, along with a confidentiality commitment, as outlined in Attachment 3 to the SWZ. This request must be submitted electronically and signed with a qualified electronic signature. The contracting authority does not accept submissions in any other form, such as paper.
