Food Supply Contract for Social Canteen in Iași

This contract involves the supply of food and related products for the Social Canteen located at Str. Sf. Andrei, No. 70, Iași. The contract is divided into 15 lots, each requiring a separate agreement with a single supplier, without reopening the competition. The framework agreement will be valid for 12 months from the date of signing by both parties. Three subsequent contracts will be issued, approximately every 4 months. Detailed information regarding the subsequent contracts and the distribution of quantities for each lot can be found in the annex to the specifications for each lot. Interested suppliers can request clarifications regarding the awarding documentation until 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. All clarification requests must be submitted through SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub). The contracting authority will provide clear and complete responses to these requests 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
