Pharmaceutical Products – Ongoing Supply of Medicines and Other Materials to the Hospital Pharmacy

This contract involves the ongoing supply of medicines and other materials to the Hospital Pharmacy. Suppliers are invited to submit partial offers for 29 packages, with a total of 37 parts available for bidding. A partial offer must include all items within a specific package, except for package number 6, where suppliers can bid on individual items. Generic medicines may be offered as substitutes for reference medicines if they meet specific criteria regarding composition, dosage form, and bioequivalence. Suppliers must demonstrate equivalence for any offered products, and failure to do so will result in rejection of the offer.
