Construction Works for Water and Wastewater Pipelines at Lohkampstraße 145

SBH | Schulbau Hamburg, a state-owned enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, is responsible for planning, constructing, maintaining, and managing school properties while considering educational needs and economic principles. The project involves the construction of a new classroom building at the site, which requires the demolition of several existing buildings. The work is divided into three phases: 1. Phase 1 includes establishing drinking water connections and creating a district heating connection with underground pipes for several buildings served by the demolished structures. 2. Phase 2 involves securing the wastewater and rainwater pipes outside the construction area and connecting the wastewater pipes to the site of the new classroom building. Additionally, a drinking water connection for the new building will be established using underground pipes. 3. Phase 3 focuses on restoring the wastewater and rainwater collection pipes due to further demolition activities. This project pertains to the technical outdoor facilities.
