Project Management Services for Property Projects in Byske and Nässjö

The Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket) is seeking one project manager for each property project in Byske and Nässjö. Suppliers can submit bids for one or both areas. In Byske, the project involves managing the construction of a new depot, which will include facilities such as a workshop, storage and maintenance halls, vehicle garage, washing hall, warm and cold storage, and staff areas. The project also includes significant land work. In Nässjö, the project manager will oversee an investigation to determine how the internal client's needs can be met most cost-effectively within the existing building. This will lead to renovations and potential new construction, as well as significant land work and perimeter security.
