Revitalization of Public Space near Rožnov Train Station

The purpose of this public contract is to select a participant for the construction of the revitalization project aimed at creating a public space in the southeastern area surrounding the train station in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. This includes construction work and landscaping improvements. The selected contractor will be responsible for executing the construction and landscaping as detailed in the project documentation, which includes a list of construction works, supplies, and services with a measurement report. The total value of the contract is approximately 23,877,683.2 CZK. The deadline for submissions is June 4, 2025.
