Dynamic Purchasing System for Hospital Bags and Sacks in the Plzeň Region

The central authority is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the supply of various types of bags and sacks, in accordance with § 138 and following of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on public procurement. This public contract involves ongoing supplies of consumable materials – bags and sacks for participating contracting authorities. The DPS will be established indefinitely and is divided into two categories. No specific public contract is awarded in the DPS based on the submitted application for participation. After evaluating the applications for participation, the DPS will be established. Suppliers who meet the procurement conditions will be included in the DPS. The subject, technical conditions, evaluation criteria, delivery time, responsible public procurement, and commercial and payment conditions of specific public contracts awarded in the DPS will always be specified in the Call(s) for tender submission according to § 141 of the Public Procurement Act. Framework purchase agreements, purchase contracts, or other types of contracts will be concluded with selected suppliers based on specific Calls for tender submission.
